Choose My Tea - An exciting new programme from the BBC

It is nice when you wake up thirsty in the night and have the option of either getting up for a glass of water or just sucking the sweat from your pillow. The stomach bug or whatever the frig it is seems to have brought an arse-load of odd symptoms along for the ride, and none of them altogether fun (yellow vomit anyone?). My mum offhandedly mentioned meningitis (headache and stiff neck), which given she knows the level of my paranoia about such things, I�m fairly sure she did as a laugh because she knew I�d be spending the rest of the day looking up at the fluorescent lights in my office (which I did)to see if I had an aversion to them.

The Great British Menu � every day a load of chefs each cook a course to a meal, then some experty types judge them, and then fucking idiots viewers PAY actual MONEY to phone in and vote on which of the puddings, for example, that they haven�t tasted and for all they know could taste like badger fart, they�d like to see served to some people they don�t know at a do they�re not going to. Genius. I want to vote on whether Heston Blumenthal gets to actually eat his jelly or if instead it�s used as lubrication while a gang of randy midgets hump his face. Now that Mr BBC is telly.

Something really rather lovely about someone yesterday which warmed even my cold dark heart!
